Just got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent saying he was from my phone company’s customer service. I suspected it was a scam straight away. When I asked what department he was from, he correctly named the company I work for, which caught me off guard. Then he told me I was owed a £200 refund - yeah right, no way. I politely told him to stop calling me and ended the call.
