Today I got a call from 01189311063, and the person on the line wanted me to confirm my address and already knew my name. I refused to confirm anything and asked who they were. They claimed to be from Marks and Spencer and said it was about a delivery of my washing machine. I told them I never ordered from M&S, plus they don't even sell washing machines. Then they just ended the call.
