2 yearsI got a call from a robotic woman’s voice saying it was the bank’s security team. She told me they spotted two charges on my card earlier today - one was £190 on Amazon, and the other was £899 on some overseas money transfer site. They said these looked dodgy since I don’t usually use those sites. Then they asked me to press 1 to cancel the payments or 2 to speak with support. I’ve had this sort of scam ring a few times before, so I just ended the call.
