Some woman calling with an accent, claiming she worked for BT Broadband and that my internet was at risk. She told me hackers were trying to get into my computer and offered to guide me through fixing it. I wasn’t having any of her nonsense and told her outright I knew it was a scam. I even said I felt sad for her, having to live by tricking others, and asked if she even sleeps well at night. She asked what I thought she should do instead. Honestly, I just hope no one falls for this rubbish.

Got a call from someone connected to 3cx, they wanted to offer me a training course.

I got a call on my mobile that went on for about 17 seconds. There was silence at first, then a voice with a strong Indian accent asked if they were speaking to the right person, and they even got my business name right. When I asked for their name though, they just ended the call. The number looked like it was from Reading, England.
