Received a couple of calls today. I let them know that an appointment is necessary in order to discuss matters with me, at which point they disconnected, only to ring up straight away again seeking my appointments division. I reiterated that they should dial another number, and off they went again! I operate a straightforward appointment system, yet I’m constantly besieged by unexpected callers who seem to believe they can bypass the established guidelines. What’s the point of having a procedure in place if it’s not respected? It’s quite frustrating, I must say!
