They’re trying to reach out to new businesses, and apparently, even having a Google profile counts as being a business to them. They might call a few times, but it’s only one person calling from their sales team. I actually messaged Yell on WhatsApp to check and they confirmed that the number belongs to them. If you call the number back, it sounds like a regular phone line with an answering machine and a proper name on the message.
