I got a call from a bloke saying his name was Shane and that he was ringing from yell.com. He mentioned that someone had put up a bad review about my business, and then a couple of weeks later, he phoned me to chat about it. This happened around 4th July 2024.

I saw a missed call from this number, so I rang back. It went straight to an answerphone with a message that sounded like "Liz Cumness? isn't available." They asked me to leave a message, but I have no idea who that is!
