Got a call from someone saying they were Anna Lima, working for 'Global Knowledge', which they said is an Amazon Web Services training partner. She mentioned her manager, Mike Craig - just checked, and he’s definitely real on LinkedIn. The reason was to set up a conference call with our IT team. They left this number to call back: 01189123499. Also gave an email (not Anna’s direct one) at [email protected] I’ve asked them to delete all my contact info, and they promised an email confirmation to confirm this by Friday the 28th.
