Buchanan Clark and Wells. Debt chasers, it seems. They dropped an automated message of sorts, seeking a return call, yet failed to clarify who precisely they were after. Given that we don’t owe a single penny to anyone, they can take a hike, as far as I’m concerned. It’s utterly ludicrous, if you ask me. Had they bothered to leave a more thoughtful message with some specifics, we might have been able to direct them to the person they’re hunting. As it stands, they’ve now secured a place on our blocked contacts list. Complete nonsense, really!

I've been subjected to quite the ordeal with these calls - the level of rudeness is astounding. More often than not, they merely hang up on me, and I even had the pleasure of one individual berating me in a language I couldn't even begin to understand. They incessantly inquire about a chap who hasn’t resided here in eons. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve informed them that Mr S. Bakeland is likely six feet under, or perhaps off gallivanting with some secret agency in Peru, committing acts of villainy with his supposed enchanted trinkets, due to some fool pilfering his pot of gold. It really is a wild goose chase! Throughout the past month, I’ve received around four calls a day - and let’s not forget the prime time they choose: 4 am, midnight, 7 am, and the lovely 2:47 am. It's just delightful to be jolted awake by these disruptions, feeling as though something dreadful has occurred back home, which is a mere 400 miles away. The thrill of scrambling to answer the phone, all while being five months pregnant, only to hear a chirpy telemarketer inform me that Mr S. f*****g Bakeland is in debt - oh, how I adore it! Clearly, my number one priority in life is ensuring some drivel about Mr Bakeland reaches me at the crack of dawn!

While I've had my fair share of financial struggles previously, I’m certain I don’t owe anything to these people. They don’t even have my new mobile number! When I picked up the call, there was silence on the other end. I’m definitely going to steer clear of this number from now on!

Received a call earlier today from a number I don't recognise. Absolutely not! I have zero idea who they are, and I'm not about to ring them back. Not a chance!

I appreciate the insight regarding the identity tied to this phone number-BCW. Recently, I purchased a brand-new iPhone, which came with a fresh number that’s not linked to any agencies or online listings. However, I’ve been inundated with calls from this company, sometimes as much as six times a day, all seeking someone who is apparently in debt. To combat this nuisance, I've taken measures by acquiring an app called iBlacklist to curb their incessant interruptions. Regrettably, they’ve now migrated to a different number; when I do pick up the line, they adopt a rather hostile tone upon learning I have no clue who they're after-not even the faintest idea of the name mentioned. As of today, I've been given yet another number. The ones I’ve contended with thus far include: 01189107401, 0844 571 4010, and 0844 571 4027. All I can do for the time being is keep blocking these distractions until they've exhausted their supply of phone numbers. I’ve discovered that this lot operates as a reading line, but haven’t managed to pinpoint their physical address just yet to send them a £12.50 invoice for the software I had to purchase to liberate myself from their harassment. BCW, if you happen to stumble upon this message: I am not acquainted with you or the person you’re relentlessly attempting to reach. No clue how you’ve obtained my number, but it certainly can't be linked to any of your debtors. Kindly cease your persistent calls and leave me in peace.

I recently received a call from a firm known as BCW, which is infamous for their rather relentless approach to debt collection. I would strongly recommend steering clear of them if you can!

Every time we tried to respond, the line mysteriously went silent. It was baffling!
