This number seems to be linked to a Virgin mobile service and is based in my local area. However, I don't think it genuinely belongs to Virgin. I suspect it's a case of number spoofing. My account's been hit by the usual culprits - more than £300 spent on Amazon, a bill I haven’t even incurred.
