Just like most people, i dont pick up unknown numbers and always look them up here first - i only ring back if they leave a voicemail and then i decide - cheers for the info - number’s blocked and deleted now - also if you do answer and they tell you to call back, dont do it cause they’re making cash from your phone bill, so dont waste your money or time - these folks are pretty dodgy and have zero manners or respect.

Totally a scam. They try to get you to ring them back, which ends up costing you like 10p to 40p a minute based on your phone plan, whether it’s landline or mobile. Best to just ignore!

They called me using my name and said it was just a quick survey. They kept trying to keep me talking and wouldn’t let me finish telling them to remove my number. In the end, I had no choice but to hang up.

Some guy rang, said his name but I kinda couldn’t catch it, mentioned where he’s from. He asked for me by name tho. I asked him to say it again but all I caught was ‘consumer life’ or something.
