Looks like a total scam to me.

I got a call from someone claiming to be working with O2, trying to tell me about a cheaper plan. I told them I was just about to head into a meeting and ended the call quickly. Honestly, the only reason I picked up was because the number looked local.

This bloke claimed he was with o2 trying to get me a nicer deal. I told him I’d had loads of calls like that before and had already spoke to o2 who said it was all just scammers. Didn’t faze him one bit, he kept going with his little speech. Tried to get a word in but he wouldn’t stop, so in the end I just hung up. Number’s blocked now.

At first i thought it was someone from 02 but got really suspicious when i asked for the full company info. Definately sounds like one of those dodgy calls trying to trick you into changing your phone provider.
