I received a phone call from someone who insisted he was in search of the individual responsible for paying the rent related to an O2 contract. However, the tone of his voice was far from convincing. The thing is, I don't even have a rental agreement for my flat! It honestly felt like a ruse to trick me into something dubious.

Someone rang me up, but they never told me who they were. I really have no clue what this number might be connected to.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with the housing welfare dept. I told them I don’t deal with that stuff at all. Then they asked if I’d be interested in an interest-free loan.

They said was some legal firm or something but when I asked for proof or registration they just kept making up excuses!

Got a call from 0118 435 9902, sounded like a total scam. The bloke was asking for the person who pays the rent, but I’m the owner here. He was really hard to follow, and kept saying he was from O2. Surely a big firm like that wouldn’t hire someone who’s so difficult to understand, right? Seemed dodgy to me!
