They wanted me to give them reference numbers and a phone number, which seemed odd because he hadn’t asked for anything like that. I ended up hanging up straight away.

this number keeps callin but never drops a voicemail, maybe they dont think its important? loads of times it just ends the call before sayin anything. i checked, it looks like one from the reading area because the last 7 digits rings even when the 0118 isnt used first. best just to ignore it, not worth picking up!

A chap rang us up, asking us to confirm our name and date of birth. We told him no and asked who he was. His response was rather cheeky-he said we were being uncooperative!

They ring you up, but if you try to ring them back, their robotic system bombards you with security queries that seem utterly ridiculous to anyone with a shred of common sense. If you pick up the phone, you’re met with silence until you’ve gone through their list of questions, and they won’t disclose the purpose of their call unless you're compliant. All things considered-pretty shifty business if you ask me!
