They claimed to be from Reading Borough Council about a parking fine. I called the number back, and a lady picked up saying she'd look into it. Then she put me on hold with some cheesy music that didn’t sound like the usual tunes RBC plays. After waiting for about two and a half minutes, I got fed up and ended the call. Just wanted to report this here. Cheers.

+441184032998 - I’ve blocked this number on my mobile. Didn’t pick up, then it started ringing my landline straight away. Pretty sure it’s one of those annoying sales calls about gas, electric, or maybe some foreign money scheme. The call seems to come from Reading.

Got a call from a man saying he was from some company offering better electricity rates. I quickly told him I wasn’t keen and ended the call, then blocked the number straight away.
