This morning I got a call from this number and a sort of robotic voice told me there’d been a payment request on my bank for £300 from Amazon, plus an overseas transaction for £1000. I just hung up straight away. My bank would never ring me up like that. The number showed as local, but when I dialled 1471, it said I’d dialled the wrong number. The number was 01183710504. Watch out for it!
