Got a spam call earlier and the person just dropped the call right after I picked up. So annoying!

I picked up but stayed silent, then the call just dropped. It seems to only work when it’s on an automated system and waiting for a voice, because then it cuts out. If it was a real person with something important to say, they’d just talk. Anyway, I’ve blocked the number now.

I found the caller to be quite insistent and rather discourteous, refusing to hear me out while I was in conversation with the customer service rep. The young woman mentioned something about an accident I supposedly had, which completely baffled me, as I’ve not been involved in any such incident.

Watch out for those crash scam calls! They try to trick you into paying for accidents that never even happened. Total rubbish.

Similar to what others mentioned, I didn’t pick up because I didn’t know the number. I’ve reached the stage now where if a number isn’t saved in my phone, I just let it ring out. If it’s something important or real, they can always drop a voicemail. This one didn’t bother to leave anything though.
