I received a rather dubious phone call claiming to be from BT, which stated that my account was being shut down due to alleged fraudulent activity on my end! They instructed me to press 1 to chat with an advisor. I can't help but suspect they were after my card information to potentially compromise my account. What a bunch of unscrupulous rogues!
