I clarified that it’s been a good 15 years since I’ve had any mishaps with my vehicle. Following that, they abruptly hung up on me! I understand that everyone’s got to earn their keep and their work might be rather monotonous, yet a simple 'thank you' and 'goodbye' would have been the courteous thing to do.
