Some bloke with an Indian accent rang up asking for my computer info to fix it, but I wasn’t having any of it and said no quite bluntly.

I received a rather peculiar call earlier. The person on the line claimed to be from Microsoft and informed me that my computer had been compromised. When I inquired if they could kindly spell out my surname, they responded with a rather baffling, "What’s a surname?" At that point, I decided to hang up. Clearly, it was nothing more than a scam!

some bloke with a thick Indian accent rang claiming he was from microsoft’s office in Reading. he told me my computer had sent out some kind of alert and said i had to be sat at my PC so he could fix the issue. i cheekily asked if he wanted my bank details or passwords, and he quickly said no. then i asked for his number to ring back - 0118 328 3208 - but as expected it was out of service when i tried. don’t fall for it, these people are scammers, dont give them any info!

Got a call from someone claiming to be with Microsoft, saying our ID had been compromised by hackers. She gave us some postcode like rté 1wt or something. The woman introduced herself as 'Daisy,' and she had a foreign accent. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

I’m terrible behind the wheel, so if there’s ever been a car smash-up, chances are I’m the one to blame :D

Once more, he’s messed up and caused an accident. If there’s another disturbance at his door, don’t be surprised if it’s the police showing up this time.

So annoying getting calls about a car crash I supposedly took part in!

I got a call from this woman who then connected me to her mate "Sam Jordan" from some advice service. He rang me back from 0203 687 0663 and gave an email address like info@vicetreadviseservices{####]. It's all just a big con, they’re pretending to be linked to a fraudster called ‘Phil Cooper’ - apparently known as Britain's most notorious scammer, and according to HMRC and the police, he's ‘untouchable’. Someone’s even made a site with his pictures - have a look at i#Iconmanphilcooper{###]. Do everyone a favour and get this out there quick.

Got one of those calls again saying "I hear you got into a car accident that wasn't your fault." Honestly, why do these people from donteh6 even bother calling? Such a waste of time!

Got a call out of the blue saying I’d been in a car crash, which was totally bizarre since I hadn’t even left the house! Sounded pretty dodgy to me.
