2 yearsEarly this morning, I got a ring from this number and decided to phone back. A young guy picked up and explained it was a follow-up from a cold call about a complimentary loft inspection. He was really courteous and patiently answered all my questions. From what I gathered, it’s a small family business based in Reading. My only gripe is they reach out via cold calls, which I usually find a bit suspect. I asked to be removed from their calling list, and he was happy to do that. Overall, nothing fishy from what I experienced.Reading2 yearsSomeone named Ben rang me about checking my loft insulation, from the number 01217329781. He asked if I owned the house and what age range I was in, then said his manager would ring back in quarter of an hour to book an appointment. When I searched the number online, I found it linked to scams. Then later, I got calls from 01183282584 and about half an hour later from 01183282970. I’ve blocked all these numbers now.Ben2 yearsGot called three times today, two of those from the exact same number. They didn’t even bother to leave a voicemail.
