Today, I got a call from a bloke saying his name was Alvin Williams and that he was from Microsoft. He claimed he could help fix problems on my PC. The guy had an Asian accent and sounded like a total rip-off, honestly. Just a heads up to watch out! We’re signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, so calls like these should not be happening. I’ll be making sure this gets reported to the TPS as well.

A bloke with an Asian accent rang me saying his name was Michael Kent and that he worked for Microsoft. He told me my computer was hacked and asked me to log in. I cut him off pretty quick and asked for his full name and contact number. The number he gave me doesn’t seem to show up anywhere, so I’m certain it’s some kind of scam.
