When I inquired about her authenticity, she assured me she was indeed from the company. I then requested her Microsoft accreditation number, which she promptly provided. Upon probing for the purpose of the call, she suggested that my Microsoft device had been involved in some sort of illicit activity. When I pressed her for specifics about which computer she meant, she stated it was my personal computer.
