I got calls from some outfit called Plexiam Advice or something like that, and it turns out their phone numbers are actually linked to Wavecrest (UK) Ltd at 4-12 Norton Folgate, London E1 6DB, with the number 020 7097 4000. If you ring up and ask for Andy in customer support, you can put in a complaint. Honestly, getting their phone access shut down might be the best way to deal with them.

They rang me but didn't say anything or leave a message.
