I have reached out to Tesco Mobile, O2, and Virgin Media regarding the suspicious activities linked to this number. Tesco has escalated the matter to their fraud investigation team and advised me to touch base with my bank, which is indeed TSB - quite the uncanny coincidence considering the recent experiences I've had with this number. O2 was already in the loop and informed me that their fraud team is actively looking into it. They expressed gratitude for me bringing this to their attention, particularly as it also involves one of their other customers and supplied them with the number these scammers are using. As for Virgin Media, they are lodging a formal complaint with their management due to my status as a customer, and they'll be involving their fraud unit as well. I still need to reach out to both Action Fraud and TSB regarding this matter.

I received a rather dodgy call from this number, purporting to be Virgin Media and promoting a SIM-only package. They managed to charge me via Tesco Mobile for what they said was a delivery, but to my bewilderment, an iPhone and SIM card arrived which I certainly hadn’t requested. Naturally, I refused the delivery and sent it back, but I’ve yet to see a refund. To make matters worse, I'm now getting more calls asking for 'identity verification'. I've decided it's time to escalate the situation and will be contacting the police, Action Fraud, and TSB to lodge a complaint.
