Sounds like a typical phone scam trying to trick you about computer problems. Definitely suspicious and best to just hang up and not share any info.

I got a call claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying hackers were trying to break into my internet. Then they wanted my TalkTalk email to send some info over. I told them if they actually worked for TalkTalk, they’d already have my email. I even tried offering a different one, but they weren't having any of it!!!

I received a call from this number, and they employed some incredibly manipulative tactics to siphon money from my bank account. I found myself on the phone with them for over an hour! Thankfully, Halifax rang me back just in time to intervene. Just a word of caution: these scammers may seem sophisticated, but they are devoid of any decency. Stay vigilant!
