got a call from some number i didnt recognise on 10th jan 2022, but they didnt bother leaving a message or anything.

When I picked up and said hello, an automated voice just said "goodbye" and then the call dropped. Weirdest thing.

They called asking if we were the owners of the property. I didn’t pick up and then they just ended the call.

I tried calling back after they didn’t pick up, but it just told me the number was invalid. No one ever spoke when I first picked up either.

It's really worrying that they've got my full name, address and postcode. I told the person this time that I'd be passing the details onto the police and they just ended the call. Honestly, there should be tougher action against these calls, especially since they target vulnerable people.
