This number rang me, and since I’m in the 0118 area too, I thought it might be someone local. I answered because I was waiting on a call from a nearby shop. Nobody said anything, just silence, then they ended the call. Funny thing is, hardly anyone has my landline number. When I tried ringing back on my mobile, it said I’d reached a wrong number or something like that! Strange indeed.
