Just got one of those annoying cold call scammers again, told em to shove off and then blocked their number straight away.

Got a call from someone pushing life insurance. They mentioned a policy that sounded either completely made up or maybe something I had like a decade ago. I was trying to figure out what on earth they were going on about when they just abruptly ended the call. Definitely didn’t come across as a proper business to me.

Pretty sure this is dodgy. They never left any voicemail. When I tried calling back during the day, I got a recording saying something like "Search Life," but if you ring after 8pm, the message changes to Caleb & Carlisle (or maybe Carlyle). I couldn’t find any legit company by those names. Just today, I got a missed call from 0121 285 3868 and tried calling back both before and after 8pm - same old messages. The closest real name I could find was Life Search, but this feels sketchy. Watch out!
