I got a call from this number and when I picked up, an automated voice told me to press ‘1’ to chat with a person or ‘2’ if I wanted them to ring me back. It felt really off since I hadn’t asked for the call at all. Honestly, a legit caller wouldn’t toss me into some recorded menu like that. I always thought these voice prompts were supposed to happen when I’m the one calling someone, not the other way round. This whole thing just seemed fishy to me.
