I picked up the phone, but there was silence on the other end. I said "hello?" a few times, but got nothing back, then the call just ended. So, I've gone ahead and blocked that number now.

Couldn’t really make out what he was saying ‘cause it was really noisy in the background and I’m hard of hearing. He just said he’d update his records and then ended the call. Don’t know if it was legit or a scam. Anyway, I’ve blocked the number now.
