Complete scam. They rang me up insisting I needed to renew a contract, which is quite absurd as I don’t have any contract with them whatsoever.

They keep pushing me to switch to a new device, and let’s just say the way they communicate leaves much to be desired. Their command of English is rather lacking, making it quite frustrating to engage with them.

They claim to be from Virgin Media, but given the various reports from others, I’d be inclined to think it’s a bit dodgy and possibly a scam.

I had a rather dubious encounter with a lady who introduced herself as a local energy consultant. She was inquiring about the insulation in my loft and mentioned that they were offering a complimentary scheme for loft replacements. Her pitch included a free survey as well. I must say, something about it doesn't sit right with me. Seems a bit sketchy, if you ask me!
