Absolute scammers, tried to pull a fast one on me!

Got loads of calls from this dodgy 'loft insulation' outfit. The number looks like its from Reading, but the lady on the other end speaks with a London accent. They keep pushing their sales pitch hard, then just hang up on you if you start asking questions. Also heard that if you ring them back from a landline, it costs a fortune per minute. Total pain in the neck!

I got a call from a lady speaking in a proper English accent saying she was from some energy company. When I asked which one specifically, she couldn’t tell me and ended up hanging up pretty quickly. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

Picked up the phone but nobody spoke, so I ended up blocking that number now.
