I got a call from a bloke who said there'd been a little traffic accident recently with me. He kept saying it wasn’t my fault and that I might get some sort of payout. But the moment I said I've never even driven a car, he just cut me off straight away.

I received a call from someone identifying himself as "Jack" regarding housing repairs, though he had quite a thick foreign accent. When I mentioned that I didn’t have any problems with my home, he immediately became aggressive, yelling and hurling insults my way. Quite shocking, really!

Definitely a scam, tried calling me multiple times and it all seemed suspicious. I wouldn't trust it at all.

Some bloke named Jack called me, sounded like he had quite a thick Indian accent. He said he was ringing from some tenant service or something like that. He wanted to know if I had any problems with mould or my boiler. I told him no, then he just ended the call straight away.

I just blocked this number straight away since I’ve got no connections in Reading at all - no relatives, mates, or anyone who’d ring me from there. The only likely reason for a call like that is some kind of scam or sales pitch trying to hassle me. These days I’m getting loads of annoying calls from all over the UK, so my tip is to just ignore and block any numbers you don’t recognise. Better to be safe, y’know.

Got a call from some bloke called Jack, sounded like he had a strong Asian accent. He said he was ringing from “Tenant Welfare” and wanted to chat about issues in my property like mould. Thing is, I own my house, I’m not renting it. Seemed fishy to me, like a scam trying to sneak info from me. I’ve blocked the number now.

Got a call from this number claiming to be about some house repairs. I told them I didn’t have any problems at home, and then the caller got really nasty, saying stuff like they hoped I’d die at Christmas. Definitely steer clear of this one, it’s a total scam.
