Some lady phoned my 86-year-old mum claiming she was doing a health and wellbeing survey for the NHS community health. She kept mum on the line for nearly 20 minutes, bombarding her with loads of personal questions before trying to push some kind of tablets on her! Luckily, mum didn’t buy anything or share any additional details. Still, now they’ve got a good chunk of info to use in future scams or to pass on to other dodgy callers.
