I saw this random number pop up on my home phone and decided not to pick up, figured it was probably just some sort of spam call.

Said they were solicitors and would take legal action against the council if you're in a council house. Complete rubbish. Just spammers. Do yourself a favour and block the number. They ring from different extensions too, so block every one of them.
