I reckon this is some sort of robot or AI talking. It comes across like it’s reading from a script, always same kinda tone and speed, won’t let you get a word in (though I didn’t bother cutting in, was being polite). Once it finishes one bit of their spiel, it shoots out an answer that sounds on point but way too smooth and detailed straight away. Yep, just another fake green energy sales trick.

Got a silent ring, when I tried calling back an automated message said it was from P A N O C H E. Seriously, who names their company Panoche? It actually means something rude in Spanish, like vulva or something. Quite odd!
