ANY Cold Caller who ignores 'The Telephone Preference Scheme' is very clearly (1) A Fraudulent Scammer, and (2) Stupid - If people have elected to NOT have cold calls, why annoy them by phoning? If you are NOT registered on the 'Telephone Preference Scheme', look it up and register you phone number(s). After that, any Cold Call you receive is a Fraudulent Scam! I responded to this scammer with some verbal abuse and he promptly disconnected the call. The answer to 'Cold Calling' is simple - NEVER, EVER respond to ANY offers. If EVERYBODY, yes EVERYBODY ignored Cold Calling, it would become no longer viable and would cease!
