Out of nowhere I got a call from this number, giving me all sorts of wrong info about a car. They said they were from some outfit called Motor Engineers and claimed to have done an inspection on my vehicle. The woman on the call told me, and I quote, "There was a third party involved who was a passenger. You could receive £1500 set aside for whiplash." Absolutely rubbish - there was no one else involved, no injuries, and definitely no inspection done. Total scam. My advice? Keep them chatting for as long as you can, gather whatever info they slip up and give to your insurance provider.

Had this bloke ring me three times yesterday and then again this morning. I told him I’d fetch the person he was after, but after hanging on for a minute, he hung up. What a palaver!

Received a similar call this morning at 10 o'clock. The chap on the line inquired if he was speaking to XXXX XXXX. I probed whether his name was John and if he had reached out to me the day before. He abruptly hung up on me thereafter.

I'm constantly receiving calls from this particular number, and it seems they have a whole host of different numbers they employ. I’ve taken to blocking them each time, but they just keep coming back!
