What a dodgy scam! I was fortunate enough to notice what my partner was up to and the questions they were asking just didn’t sit right with me. So I looked it up, and thanks to this site and everyone’s feedback, I found out it was a total con! I only got suspicious because they were meant to ring back later in the evening but kept calling non stop, way too eager. That’s what made me double check. If I hadn’t been wary about that pushy behaviour, my partner would’ve fallen for it! Seriously, don’t share any info over the phone with strangers, folks! Stay safe!

Whenever I get a call from a stranger with an Indian accent, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam - like 99% of the time. I even mess around with them sometimes, pretending to be interested in loans and asking ridiculous stuff like if they’re thinking of selling their kidneys. It’s quite entertaining!
