I think it was something about loft insulation. They called me and asked to verify my address and if I had insulation in my loft, which is why I said that in the first place. A guy named Arnold, who sounded like he was from India, then asked if I was between 55 and 80 years old. When I said no, he just hung up on me. So I guess mark them as unknown.
