I answered the call, but the person just hung up straight away without saying a word.

Someone called pretending to be from o2, but I knew it wasn’t legit so I just ended the call immediately.

I got a call from 01182119204, pretending to be o2. They said there was a special discount deal, then passed me on to some supervisor bloke who kept pestering me for my account info. That’s when i just ended the phone. They were really pushy and the accent was strange, definitely no proper o2 staff because usually their team are friendly and clear.

I got a call on my phone from someone saying they were from O2, telling me I was a “valued customer” and that my monthly bill would be cut by 20%. I told them I wasn’t even with O2 for my mobile, so how could they lower my cost? They kept going on about what a great offer it was, so I told them again I wasn’t an O2 customer. Then suddenly she got really rude, shouted that my bill was still going down, and just hung up on me!

Got a call that supposedly was from Currys PC World, but it sounded like some noisy overseas call centre. Felt a bit dodgy, so I didn't pick up and just blocked it. Also, the number didn’t even seem right for Reading!
