I got a recorded call from this number pretending to be Amazon. They claimed I'd signed up for Amazon Prime and were charging me for it. But if you don't think that's right, they want you to call back. They mention some dodgy fee that isn't even correct, and I bet the costs for ringing them back are ridiculous. Amazon definitely doesn’t contact customers like this. Best to ignore and not get caught out.

Got a call from some automated message saying it was Amazon about my Prime subscription needing renewal. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to talk to someone, which sounded a bit off. The voice was odd, like nothing I’ve heard before. Could be genuine, but Amazon usually doesn’t hand out phone numbers like that. Decided to just ignore the call.
