I've just had a rather dodgy phone call! A pre-recorded voice was urging me to hit 1 to validate some questionable transactions or 2 to have a natter with a customer service rep. Clearly, it’s a banking con!

I got a call from some scammer saying there were “charges on your card” and to press 1 to confirm or 2 to talk to someone. I just hung up and blocked the number from my landline.

Beware of IP Voice Networks Ltd - it’s a total scam! I got caught out by them and it was a nightmare. Would definitely avoid any dealings with this company. Sue into it!
