Got a call from someone claiming to be with O2, which I’ve never even had before. They wanted to chat about some “new deal” or whatever. I just told them to stop ringing me and ended the call.

BE CAREFUL! This is a COMPLETE SCAM. Loads of folks have been tricked into losing big money recently, especially during September. These dodgy scams are getting worse, so don’t EVER share your personal info or bank details with anyone calling or messaging you unexpectedly. If you get a dodgy call, text or letter, make sure to report it to Action Fraud. Also, post about it on social media and ask your friends to spread the word - it really helps stop others from falling victim. Cheers for doing your bit to fight this rubbish!
