I got a call from this number trying to pitch me an upgrade deal. I was a bit confused because I still have a year left on my contract. They mentioned something about a Black Friday special and claimed they could lower my current bill - they even knew exactly what I was paying - plus offer me a newer phone. I wasn’t feeling great and told the guy on the phone, who sounded Indian, that my throat was sore so I had to stop chatting and end the call. After that, they kept ringing me back a few times, clearly pushing for my card details, but I just hung up each time.

I keep getting calls from different numbers every few days, and they always say they're from Three. I phoned Three myself and they told me they do not do cold calls for new customers, only contact people who already have or had accounts with them. I’ve reported it loads of times but nothing changes, so now I just block any unfamiliar number straight away. Honestly, these kinds of calls should be banned and come with proper fines to stop the hassle.

I have my doubts about this being a genuine 3 Mobile phone number. The person on the line insisted they were representing 3 Mobile, trying to entice me with a supposedly 'better' deal than what I'm currently on. Seems a bit dodgy, if you ask me!

Somebody said they were from "three" or whatever, but they didn't know what phone I was using or even my name. I just nicely told them to buzz off.

Just as I answered, they ended the call within a few seconds.

Right after I answered with a quick 'Hello', they just hung up on me straight away.

Got a call from someone claiming to be 3 Mobile, saying they could give me a better phone deal if I paid a refundable £50 deposit. When I asked if they needed my bank details, the person said yes. I told them I never share my bank info with random incoming calls, and anyway, if they really worked for Three, they’d already have my details. Then they just hung up. Definitely a scam!

I didn't pick up since I wasnt waiting for a call, and they didnt leave a voicemail, so I'm guessing it was just some spam.

Seems like they’re always ringing from a different number, but it’s the same Three Mobile caller every single time.
