So it's the same lot again, but now they’re calling themselves Causeway. I got a bloke on the phone named ‘Lewis’ who honestly didn’t even have a clue what a framework agreement was (which is basically the same thing as a PSL). Had to give him a quick rundown myself. If they ring you, don’t be shy - stand your ground!

project hub keeps ringing and honestly, it’s getting on my nerves. i’ve told them thrice this week alone that we already have a preferred supplier list sorted, can’t they just get it? feels like they just don’t listen or something. such a pain!
