Totally a dodgy number. 0118 belongs to Reading, but local numbers don’t start with just "1". There’s only a handful of places where local numbers begin with an "ort" and those are all six digits. So if you see numbers like ‘011x’ or ‘01x1’ popping up, it’s a dead giveaway they’re fake.

I didn’t pick up cause I had no idea who it was. Not great at reading the number either, so I reckon it might’ve been a scam or some telemarketer doing surveys.
