This number is totally dodgy, no doubt about it. The 0118 code is definitely Reading, but the local part starts with a '1' which just ain't right! Most places have local numbers starting with numbers other than '0' or '1', except for a few that use six-digit local numbers. So if you see something like '011x' or '01x1', you can bet it's a fake.
