Does anyone have a clue what's going on?

Had a chat with a certain Sarah Jones earlier today right after they rang us several times. She was representing some sort of business consultancy that claims to offer a pick-up service. Spouting a load of drivel about how they could supposedly help us rake in the cash. You know, the usual sales patter - all very tiresome and uninspiring, really.
